Brunswick: International Point of Entry?

Over the weekend, a question came to mind regarding the potential for Oxford Aviation to operate a "Jet Division" at the soon to be former Brunswick Naval Air Station.

Oxford tout F. Lee Bailey has predicted "global leadership" for Brunswick after Oxford sets up shop. And he claims that Oxford is already in discussions with Airbus Industries, a European aircraft manufacturer helped along by government subsidies.

Both of these assertions imply that we should expect planes arriving from overseas, and departing for overseas. Does this mean we can add a customs operation to the infrastructure required for airport operation?

Just wondering.
