A meeting on the proposal for this “new” bus service will be held at Maine Street Station tonight at 6pm.

If you are looking to really get educated on the new bus system, pay the fee and then just sit and talk to the driver. Any of them will update you on the mammoth cost, how poorly the buses are performing in terms of fuel consumption and break downs, how low ridership has been, etc. Watching TV and the "powers that be" put forth their usual rationalization for continuation of a poorly designed and implemented pet project is just so tedious. Take the Brunswick Folly, or is it Trolley, your fare can be used to support another failed project, but at least you will have a much better understanding of what is really going on.
