We’ve secured copies of the recently revised defining documents for the BDC: Bylaws, Conflict of Interest Policy, and Code of Ethics.
We’re confident that John “Johnny Protocols” Richardson has been intimately involved in the revision of these founding documents, so we look forward to reveling in the glory of his work. As do you, we are sure.
Unfortunately, we have so far been unable to upload the files to scribd, for reasons we can’t determine. We will do our best to get to the bottom of this technical problem, and as soon as we do, we’ll update you.
